First of a series, NEIM is starting discussions on HOT TOPICS. Dr. Yang will be leading this class on learning about osteoporosis and how to prevent and treat it naturally. Osteoporosis can happen in males and females, so both genders are welcome. Whether you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or want to prevent it, this is the class for you. Dr. Yang will also include some exercises and dietary tips so you can start or continue your life being strong and healthy.
